Dear smokers in my apartment building. Please stop smoking. But since that is unlikely, please at least snub your cigarettes before dropping them. Because waking up to discover that I slept through a minor stairway fire because someone dropped a lit cigarette, scares me. Plus my apartment still smells smokey
